Appeasing the Cardio Gods

I have once again started to make offerings to the cardio gods. I have no idea why it's taken me so long to get back to the gym. I obviously love it and it feels fantastic.

Sat:
Sun: 1:50 hike around Kennesaw
Mon: 60 minutes bike + weights + crunches
Tue: 30 minute elliptical + 30 minute bike + weights + crunches
Wed: Off
Thu: 60 minutes bike + 10 minutes treadmill + weights + crunches
Fri: 30 minute elliptical + 20 minute treadmill + 30 minute bike
